How to Set Up Your Qoolline eSIM on iOS and Android
We offer multiple methods for setting up your Qoolline eSIM. Follow the detailed instructions below based on your device and preferred installation method.
iOS Setup Methods
QR Code Installation (Scanning Method)
1.Open the Camera on your iPhone.
2.Scan the QR Code provided.
3.Tap the notification “Cellular/Mobile Plan”.
4.Tap Continue twice.
5.Wait up to 10 minutes for activation.
6.Tap Done.
7.On Cellular/Mobile Plan Labels, tap Secondary.
8.Enter Qoolline or select a preset label.
9.Tap Continue.
10.Choose your Primary line for calls and text messages, then tap Continue.
11.Select your Primary line for iMessage & FaceTime, then tap Continue.
12.Select Qoolline eSIM for Cellular/Mobile Data. Ensure Allow Cellular Data Switching is off.
13.Tap Done to complete the setup.
QR Code Installation (Manual Selection)
1.Open the Qoolline App > My eSIMs.
2.Tap the eSIM to install, then select View Instructions > QR Code.
3.Tap Share & Save QR, then Save Image.
4.Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
5.Select Use QR Code > Open Photos, and choose the saved QR code.
6.Follow steps 4–13 from the Scanning Method above.
Direct Installation on iOS
1.Open the Qoolline App > My eSIMs.
2.Tap View Instructions > Direct > Install eSIM.
3.Follow steps 4–13 from the Scanning Method above.
Manual Installation on iOS
1.Open the Qoolline App > My eSIMs > View Instructions > Manual.
2.Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
3.Select Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually.
4.Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided.
5.Tap Next, then follow steps 4–13 from the Scanning Method above.
Android Setup Methods
QR Code Installation (Scanning Method) 1.Open the Camera on your Android device. 2.Scan the QR Code provided. 3.Tap Add Plan. 4.Tap Add. 5.Wait up to 10 minutes for activation. 6.Leave Calls and Messages on your primary SIM, then tap Mobile Data. 7.Select the eSIM labeled Qoolline or Connect. 8.Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks. 9.Ensure Data Roaming is on. Select All Networks if prompted. QR Code Installation (Manual Selection) 1.Take a screenshot of the QR code from View Instructions. 2.Open Settings > Connections > SIM Manager (or SIM Card Manager). 3.Tap Add eSIM. 4.Select Scan QR Code from service provider. 5.Choose the saved QR code from the gallery. 6.Tap Add, then follow steps 5–9 from the Scanning Method above. Direct Installation on Android 1.Open the Qoolline App > My eSIMs > View Instructions > Direct > Install eSIM. 2.Tap Add. 3.Follow steps 5–9 from the Scanning Method above. Manual Installation on Android 1.Open the Qoolline App > My eSIMs > View Instructions > Manual. 2.Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager (or SIM Card Manager). 3.Tap Add eSIM > Scan QR Code > Enter Details Manually. 4.Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code (SMDP+ ID) provided. 5.Tap Add, then follow steps 5–9 from the Scanning Method above.
