Which Devices Support eSIM?

The list below is constantly expanding as more eSIM compatible devices get released into the market.
Please ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Note that country and carrier-specific restrictions may apply as shared below.

Restrictions

Some devices DO NOT have eSIM capability, such as:


  1. iPhones sold in China’s Mainland.
  2. iPhone devices from Hong Kong and Macao (except for the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
  3. iPad devices without cellular features.

Your device must be unlocked and the iOS version must be updated to 14.1 or newer. You can check with your carrier to see if there is anything you can do to unlock the eSIM in your device.


If you have a Turkish-produced device and it prevents you from installing our eSIM, please have your device restored to factory settings first according to the instruction mentioned here:  https://support.apple.com/tr-tr/HT211023 (Turkish language) or https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211023 (English language). Restrictions

The following Samsung Galaxy devices DO NOT have eSIM capabilities:


  1. All Galaxy devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
  2. All Galaxy FE “Fan Edition” models, except the Galaxy S23 FE.
  3. USA models of the Galaxy S20, S21*, and Note 20 Ultra.

Most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIMs, except for the Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Z Flip4, Z Fold4, Z Flip5, Z Fold5, A54 5G, and Galaxy S23 FE.

Galaxy A54 5G eSIM availability may vary depending on country/region and carrier. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Galaxy A54 5G device is eSIM-capable.

Galaxy S21 series devices (with the exception of FE models) from Canada and the USA may have eSIM capability as long as the One UI 4 update is installed. Please get in touch with your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Samsung device is eSIM-capable.
